4-Point Inspection: Cost $65. – **Please indicate underwriter so we can be sure to address particular questions.

 

Uniform Mitigation Verification: Cost $75.  Get your neighbor involved and call for discount pricing.

 

Combined Inspection: Cost $125.00

 

 

Note: An additional $10 charge is assessed for properties outside of Hillsborough County (Pinellas, lower Pasco) or for each additional living unit at the same (attached) address that contains electrical, heating and plumbing components that needs reporting.

Note:               Additional trips to property (such as for re-certification of repairs, etc.) are subject to a lesser $50.00 appointment charge.
